Are you planning your wedding yourself, and running into some obstacles along the way? Trouble defining the Theme of your wedding? Looking for vendor referrals? Not sure about certain wedding etiquette? Or looking for some fresh ideas?
Through email or in a telephone interview, we will discuss what questions and concerns you have. Then we will meet for your consultation to offer you advice and solutions. A wedding planning timeline, personalized for your wedding will also be provided to you.
Consultations are not limited to a one-time meeting. $150 (up to 2 hours Consultation), and $50 per hour thereafter.
Silver Package
Have your ceremony, take in the moment, and enjoy all that you planned for your lavish reception! Your special day will go by so fast. And so often the bride, groom, parents, and best man are left running around taking care of last minute details and trying to solve problems that arise, taking away from their enjoyment of the special day.
Let a professional take charge of everything that you have already planned your special day to be, and ensure that all goes off without a hitch. And you get to sit back and take it all in!
We will meet 2 to 4 weeks prior to your wedding. We will discuss the ceremony, venue & vendors, and establish a timeline for the wedding day. Coordination for the rehearsal is also included. At this time we will ensure nothing has been forgotten, and tend to any last minute details.
.On the day of your wedding I will be there early enough to coordinate the set up of the reception, through the ceremony, photos, dinner, until your guests are enjoying the late night sweet table! Coordinators Assistant will also be there, at no additional cost to you. All you should have to do on this day is say "I do", say "Cheese" for the camera, and have your cake and eat it too!

Diamond Package
After our consultation, I'll get you started with a monthly planning timeline, along with a budget assistant, and vendor referrals, all of which is customized and specified to your wedding and the vision that you have for it.
You will receive a monthly newsletter that focuses on what to do that month, where you should be at, referrals, tips and fresh ideas.
I will then take everything that you have planned, and coordinate the entire wedding day from start to finish, so that you and your wedding party can enjoy the most fabulous day, without being burdened with details.

Platinum Package
Planning a wedding could be compared to planning a trip around the world. Chances are you have not done it before, and would benefit from the know-how and expertise of a professional to get you there.
Working with the bride and groom, we will establish the theme, and your vision for your wedding. My goal is to get you to your vision, while staying in budget. Based on the amount of time we have before the wedding, a timeline will be established to work with.
Decisions, decisions… How many guests will be invited? Is the wedding to be casual, semi-formal, formal? What to have for the dinner? Will it be Plated Service? Butler Service, French or Buffet? Should you get wedding insurance? What flowers are in season?
Other services included but not limited to, are:
- Venue & vendor referrals
- Scheduling and attending appointments
- I bring the ideas to you, and you make the decisions
- Budget preparation & management
- Liaison between vendors including timelines & contracts*
- Recommendations with regards to décor, food, centrepieces, attire, etiquette
- Supervision of rehearsal, ceremony set up & reception set up
- On site direction of reception
- On going advice and guidance available 7 days a week, during the planning process
- Certified Coordinators Assistant on the day of wedding at no extra cost to you

Full Wedding Coordination Fee is calculated on a per-wedding basis. Minimum fee is $1400.
